  • Delivery/Installation Instructions Due to the varying locations and circumstances involved in deliveries and installations, all deliveries and installations will be quoted on a project by project basis. All installation, labor, and or delivery charges must be shown as a separate line item on quotes and invoices. One of the following delivery methods must be specified on every Agency Purchase Order:

If any such furnishing or equipment is installed without the Manager’s consent, the Resident will immediately remove it after notice from the Manager, failing which the Manager may remove the furnishing or equipment at the expense of the Resident without further notice and without liability to the Resident for any damage to the furnishing or equipment so removed. The Resident is responsible to pay the costs of repairing all damage to the Room or Residence caused by the installation and removal of any furnishing or equipment installed by the Resident, whether installed with or without the Manager’s consent. The Resident also is liable for any damage to property of others and for any injury to or death of any person caused by the installation, existence or removal of any furnishing or equipment installed by the Resident, whether installed with or without the Manager’s consent.

  • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.

  • Installation and Use You may install and use the Software only for the number of licenses acquired by you. In order to exercise your rights to the Software under this Agreement, you must activate your copy of the Software in the manner described during the launch sequence.
