Instructions for Processing. Flexera will retain, use and disclose the Personal Information for the limited purpose of performing the Services as described in Schedule 1 and in the Master Agreement, and otherwise only as permitted by the CCPA or as required by law. Flexera will not retain, use or disclose the Personal Information for any other commercial purpose or outside the direct business relationship between the Parties. Flexera will comply with the CCPA in the performance of the Services.
