Instructions from Customer. SAP will follow instructions received from Customer (on its own behalf or on behalf of its Data Controllers) with respect to Personal Data, unless they are (i) legally prohibited or (ii) require material changes to the Cloud Service. SAP may correct or remove any Personal Data in accordance with the Customer’s instruction. If SAP cannot comply with an instruction, it will promptly notify Customer (email permitted).
