Instructions of the Authority. sEngineer (i) The Authority’s Engineer may issue instructions for remedying any Defect(s) to the Contractor. The Contractor shall take such instructions from the Authority’s Engineer, or from an assistant to whom appropriate authority has been delegated under Clause 18.3.
