INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPOSERS. General 1. Scope Bidders are invited to submit a bid for the goods/services/works specified in Section 5: Schedule of Requirements, in accordance with this Invitation to Bid (ITB). A summary of the scope of the bid is included in Section 3: Data Sheet. Bidders shall adhere to all the requirements of this ITB, including any amendment made in writing by IOM. This ITB is conducted in accordance with Policies and Procedures of IOM.
