Instructions to the Escrow Agent. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, the Escrow Agent shall at any time and from time to time take such additional actions hereunder with respect to the Escrow Amount as shall be agreed to in writing by the Parent and the Stockholders' Representative.
