Instructor Pay. Any nurse who conducts a training, class or inservice shall receive his or her regular rate of pay including any shift differential or certification premium the nurse would have received on his or her regularly scheduled shift regardless of the time of day of the training, class or inservice. Such nurse shall be paid for the actual length of the training, class or inservice for the length of his or her regularly scheduled shift, whichever is greater.
