Common use of Instruments of Further Assurance Clause in Contracts

Instruments of Further Assurance. The Issuer covenants that it will do, execute, acknowledge and deliver or cause to be done, executed, acknowledged and delivered, such indenture or indentures supplemental hereto and such further acts, instruments and transfers as the Trustee may reasonably require for the better assuring, transferring, pledging, assigning and confirming unto the Trustee the Trust Estate.

Instruments of Further Assurance. The Issuer covenants that it will do, execute, acknowledge and deliver or cause to be done, executed, acknowledged and delivered, such indenture or indentures agreements supplemental hereto and such further acts, instruments and transfers documents as the Trustee Bank may reasonably require for the better assuring, transferring, pledgingconveying, pledging and assigning to the Bank the rights assigned hereby for the payment of the principal or redemption price of and confirming unto interest on the Trustee the Trust EstateBond.
