Insufficient Amounts in a Reserve Account. Notwithstanding that Lender has the right to require Borrower to pay any deficiency in a Reserve Account if Lender determines that amounts in a Reserve Account are insufficient, the insufficiency of funds in a Reserve Account, or Lender's application of funds in a Reserve Account following an Event of Default other than for funding of the Reserve Items, shall not relieve Borrower from its obligation to perform in full each of its: (i) obligations and covenants under this Loan Agreement or (ii) agreements or covenants as tenant under the Parking Leases.
