INSUFFICIENT FUNDS CHECK. Tenants shall be charged a minimum of forty dollars ($40.00) for any check returned due to insufficient funds.
INSUFFICIENT FUNDS CHECK. A twenty-five dollar ($35.00) insufficient fund check fee will be applied to your account for each returned check. NSF check fee is applied each time the check is returned to Marina due to insufficient funds in addition to applicable late fees.

If PAC does cancel the Scheduled Policies of Insurance for nonpayment, the insufficient funds check may be redeposited after cancellation to reduce any unpaid balance due under this agreement.
INSUFFICIENT FUNDS CHECK. A $35 fee for returned checks will be accessed AND a $10 fee for Debit/Credit transactions processed for Monthly Charges that are denied when processed on the Fifth of each month. (This does not apply to cards with expired dates, those reported stolen, or possible other reasons that do not pertain to NSF, over credit, credit frozen etc.) We will offer a one-time waiving of this fee for the first offense, after that, you must notify us by the 1st of the month if you need to change method of payment for the monies due by the fifth. Whether a returned check or declined Credit Debit card, late fees will also be incurred starting the 8th day of the month. ❖ IMPOUNDMENT: Any vessel impounded for non-payment shall be assessed a one hundred fifty-dollar ($150.00) impounding charge. Impoundment may occur with us without notice, at any time the account is deemed delinquent for balance due, NSF check(s), or violation of account procedures, which have been delineated within lease and payment plan agreements.
