INSURANCE CLAUSE. Lessor and Lessee agree that no insurer of any interest of either is to have any right of subrogation against the other and that all fire and other insurance policies carried by the other on the leased premises or the fixtures and equipment therein or other contents thereof will contain a full waiver of subrogation by the insurer against the other and its assigns.
