Insurance Coverage Requirements for Subcontractors. CONTRACTOR shall ensure any and all Subcontractors performing services under this Contract, consistent with Part I, Section 6.0 Insurance Coverage Requirements, Sub- section 6.1, meet the insurance requirements of this Contract by either:
5.6.1 CONTRACTOR providing evidence of insurance covering the activities of Subcontractors, or
5.6.2 CONTRACTOR providing evidence submitted by Subcontractors evidencing that Subcontractors maintain the required insurance coverage. COUNTY retains the right to obtain copies of evidence of Subcontractor insurance coverage at any time.
Insurance Coverage Requirements for Subcontractors. The Contractor shall ensure any and all Subcontractors performing services under this Contract meet the insurance requirements of this Contract by either:
Insurance Coverage Requirements for Subcontractors. Subconsultants: CONSULTANT shall ensure any and all subcontractors/subconsultants performing services under this Agreement meet the insurance requirements of this Agreement by either:
a) CONSULTANT providing evidence of insurance covering the activities of subcontractors/subconsultants, or
b) CONSULTANT providing evidence submitted by subcontractors/subconsultants evidencing that subcontractors/subconsultants maintain the required insurance coverage. COUNTY retains the right to obtain copies of evidence of subcontractors/subconsultant insurance coverage at any time.
Insurance Coverage Requirements for Subcontractors. ARTIST shall ensure any and all subcontractors performing services under this Agreement meet the insurance requirements of this Agreement by either:
7.14.7.1 ARTIST providing evidence of ARTIST’s insurance covering the activities of subcontractors, or
7.14.7.2 ARTIST providing evidence submitted by subcontractors evidencing that subcontractors maintain the required insurance coverage. COUNTY retains the right to obtain copies of evidence of subcontractor insurance coverage at any time.
Insurance Coverage Requirements for Subcontractors. Contractor will insure each Subcontractor performing Contract Services or transportation of Solid Waste by providing evidence that either:
(1) Contractor is maintaining insurance required by this Section covering the activities of the Subcontractor; or,
(2) The Subcontractor is maintaining that insurance itself.
Insurance Coverage Requirements for Subcontractors. Contractor will ensure all 1525 Subcontractors performing Collection by providing evidence that either: 1526 (1) Contractor is maintaining insurance required by this Section covering the activities of 1527 Subcontractors, or 1528 (2) those Subcontractors are maintaining that insurance. 1529 At the RA Representative's request, Contractor will promptly provide the RA 1530 Representative with copies of evidence of Subcontractor insurance coverage within 10 1531 days of being insured and/or within 10 days of the RA Representative’s request.
Insurance Coverage Requirements for Subcontractors. CONTRACTOR shall ensure any and all subcontractors performing services under this Master Agreement meet the insurance requirements of this Master Agreement by either:
Insurance Coverage Requirements for Subcontractors. All subcontractors performing work under this Agreement are subject to approval by County with respect to their respective insurance coverage. Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to provide County with copies of certificates of insurance from its subcontractors upon County’s request therefor. Contractor shall immediately notify County's Project Director, in writing, of any subcontractor which refuses to provide any such insurance certificate. Without limiting County's rights under Paragraph 18 (Subcontracting), County shall have the right to disapprove of any subcontractor which refuses to provide any such insurance certificate. If County's disapproval of a subcontractor eliminates the sole source of goods or services provided by such disapproved subcontractor, Contractor may amend this Agreement to reduce or eliminate the provision of the affected goods or services.

All subcontractors performing work under this Agreement shall be subject to the insurance requirements of this Agreement, including this Paragraph 14.2, at no cost to County. Contractor shall ensure that any and all subcontractors performing services under this Agreement meet such insurance requirements, if any, by either:
(1) Contractor providing evidence of insurance covering the activities of subcontractors, or
(2) Contractor providing evidence submitted by subcontractors evidencing that subcontractors maintain the required insurance coverage. County retains the right to obtain copies of evidence of subcontractor insurance coverage at any time. In any event, Contractor shall be fully responsible for any and all liabilities arising out of Contractor's use of subcontractors under this Agreement.
