Common use of Insurance during the Implementation Period Clause in Contracts

Insurance during the Implementation Period. The Concessionaire shall, at its cost and expense, purchase and maintain during the Implementation Period such insurances as are necessary, including but not limited to the following: a) Builders’ all risk insurance; b) Workmen’s compensation insurance; c) Third party insurances d) any other insurance that may be necessary to protect the Concessionaire, its employees and its assets (against loss, damage or destruction, at replacement value) including all Force Majeure Events that are insurable and not otherwise covered in items (a) to (c).
