Insurance Effected By The. Employer (Principle Controlled Insurance (“PCI”)) 1.1 Notwithstanding anything elsewhere contained in this Contract and without limiting the obligations, liabilities or responsibilities of the Contractor in anyway whatsoever (including but not limited to any requirement for the provision by the Contractor of any other insurances) the Employer shall effect and maintain for the duration of the construction and maintenance periods of the Contract - as appropriate in the joint names of the Employer, the Contractor and where relevant Sub-Contractors the following insurances which are subject to the terms, limits, exceptions and conditions of the Policy:
