Insurance of Properties. Borrower will keep its business and properties insured at all times by insurance companies acceptable to Lenders against the risks for which provision for such insurance is usually made by other Persons engaged in a similar business similarly situated (including without limitation insurance for fire and other hazards and insurance against liability on account of damage to persons or property and insurance under all applicable ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ compensation laws) and to the same extent thereto and carry such other types and amounts of insurance as are usually carried by Persons engaged in the same or a similar business similarly situated, and upon request deliver to Lenders a certificate from the insurer setting forth the nature of the risks covered by such insurance, the amount carried with respect to each risk, and the name of the insurer.
