Common use of INTEGRATED CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Contract, including the Contract Documents, is the entire, complete, final and exclusive expression of the Parties with respect to the Work to be performed under this Contract and supersedes all other agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, between Contractor and District prior to the execution of this Contract.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Contract, including the Contract Documentsits attachments, is the entire, complete, final entire agreement between CONTRACTOR and exclusive expression of the Parties COUNTY with respect to the Work to be performed under this Contract and supersedes all other agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, between Contractor and District prior to the execution subject matter of this Contract, and it supersedes all previous negotiations, proposals, commitments, writings, advertisements, publications, and understandings of any nature unless those things are expressly included in this Contract.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Contract, including the Contract Documentsits attachments, is the entire, complete, final entire agreement between CONTRACTOR and exclusive expression of the Parties DISTRICT with respect to the Work to be performed under this Contract and supersedes all other agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, between Contractor and District prior to the execution subject matter of this Contract, and it supersedes all previous negotiations, proposals, commitments, writings, advertisements, publications, and understandings of any nature unless those things are expressly included in this Contract.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Contract, including the Contract Documents, is the entire, complete, final and exclusive expression sets forth all of the Parties rights and duties of the parties with respect to the Work to be performed under subject matter of this Contract Contract, and supersedes replaces any and all other agreements previous Contracts or understandings, whether oral written or writtenoral, between Contractor and District prior to the execution of this Contractrelating thereto. This Contract may be amended only as provided for in Section 10.5.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. ‌ This Contract, including the Contract Documents, is the entire, complete, final and exclusive expression sets forth all of the Parties rights and duties of the parties with respect to the Work to be performed under subject matter of this Contract Contract, and supersedes replaces any and all other agreements previous Contracts or understandings, whether oral written or writtenoral, between Contractor and District prior to the execution of this Contractrelating thereto. This Contract may be amended only as provided for in Section 10.5.
