Integration/Conflict. This Agreement represents the entire agreement of Pledgor and Secured Party with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof, and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof. There are no promises, undertakings, representations or warranties by Secured Party relative to the subject matter hereof and thereof not expressly set forth or referred to herein.
