Common use of Integration/Conflict Clause in Contracts

Integration/Conflict. This Control Agreement, together with the Security Agreement, comprises the complete and integrated agreement of the parties on the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, on such subject matter. There are no promises, undertakings, representations or warranties by any party hereto relative to the subject matter hereof and thereof not expressly set forth or referred to herein or therein. In the event of any conflict between the provisions hereof and the Security Agreement, the provisions of the Security Agreement shall control.
