Common use of Integration; Conflicting Terms Clause in Contracts

Integration; Conflicting Terms. This Agreement (including the exhibits and schedules) together with the other Loan Documents comprises the entire agreement of the parties on the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior agreements, oral and written, on such subject matter. If any term of any of the other Loan Documents expressly conflicts with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall control; provided, however, that the inclusion of additional, greater or supplemental rights and remedies of Agent and Lenders or the inclusion of additional or greater obligations and responsibilities of the Loan Parties, in any of the other Loan Documents shall not be deemed a conflict with this Agreement.
