Common use of Integration; Effectiveness Clause in Contracts

Integration; Effectiveness. This Agreement, the other Loan Documents, the Engagement Letter and any separate letter agreements with respect to fees payable to the Agent constitute the entire contract among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement shall become effective as provided for in the Amendment and Restatement Agreement.

Integration; Effectiveness. This Agreement, the other Loan Documents, the Engagement Letter Documents and any separate letter agreements with respect to fees payable to the Administrative Agent constitute the entire contract among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement shall become effective as provided for in on the Amendment and Restatement AgreementEffective Date.

This Agreement, the other Loan Documents, the Engagement Letter Documents and any separate letter agreements with respect to fees payable to the Agent Agents or their Affiliates and, to the extent by their terms they survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement, any other separate letter agreements with the Agents or their Affiliates, constitute the entire contract among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement shall become effective as provided for in the Amendment and Restatement Agreement.
