Integration; Entire Agreement. This Agreement and any documents executed in connection herewith or pursuant hereto constitute the entire understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior written or oral understandings, and may not be terminated, modified or amended in any way except by a written agreement signed by each of the parties hereto.
