Common use of Integration; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Integration; Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the Parties with regard to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior written and oral agreements, understandings and negotiations, with regard to such subject matter.

Integration; Entire Agreement. This Agreement Agreement, including and incorporating all schedules and exhibits attached hereto, constitutes and contains the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes in its entirety any and all prior agreements, whether written or oral, among the parties with regard respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior written and oral agreements, understandings and negotiations, with regard to such subject matterhereof.

Integration; Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains sets forth the entire agreement of understanding between the Parties with regard parties hereto and supersedes and merges all previous written and oral negotiations, commitments, understandings and agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter contained herein in this Agreement, provided, however, that this Agreement is a supplement to and supersedes all prior written in furtherance of the Company’s certificate of incorporation and oral agreements, understandings bylaws and negotiations, with regard to such subject matterapplicable law.
