Integration Services. Purchase Orders issued by Nortel Networks may specify the delivery of Product that comprises one or more of the following categories: (a) Build-to-Stock; (b) Build-to-Order; (c) Configure-to-Order; or (d) Ship-Loose. Upon receipt of a Purchase Order, Flextronics shall test individual Product components, configure the Product, test the Product for the integrity of the configuration, and conduct any necessary post-test configuration in accordance to Nortel Networks written instructions. Flextronics shall label and inspect the Product as required to meet Customer requirements set forth in the Purchase Order, and package the Product for shipment to the Delivery Location, all in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 of this Agreement.
