Integration Team. As soon as practicable after the date hereof, Parent and Company shall, subject to limitations imposed by applicable law, create an integration steering team with representatives appointed by the CEOs of Parent and the Company, and chaired by Parent. The integration steering team shall be responsible for facilitating the integration of the two companies as subsidiaries of Newco.
