Integration Team. NPB and NFC shall cooperate with each ----------------- other in the selection of an integration team, which team shall plan and implement an orderly, cost-effective consolidation of NFC's back room operations presently located in State College, Pennsylvania and elsewhere, into NPB's operations in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. Consistent with NFC maintaining its independent status prior to the Effective Date, NPB will provide sufficient resources and personnel to effectively guide the integration team.
