Common use of Integration with General Conditions Clause in Contracts

Integration with General Conditions. The requirements of this Article 13 and Article 14 are in addition to, and not in lieu of, the requirements of Section E of the General Conditions. In the event of conflict between the provisions of Articles 13 and 14 and Section E, the provision more favorable to the Owner shall control. Without limitation, the provisions of Articles 13.3 and 13.4 shall control over the corresponding provisions of Section E.2.5 of the General Conditions.
