Integrity Pact. Effective 1st September, 2007, all tenders and contracts shall comply with the requirements of the Integrity Pact (IP) if the value of such tenders or contracts is r 1crore & above. Failure to sign the Integrity Pact shall lead to outright rejection of bid.
