Integrity Unit. The Accredited Entity shall co-operate with the Integrity Unit or any office of the Fund duly authorized to receive reports, investigate, and address allegations or suspicions of Prohibited Practices prior to the establishment of the Integrity Unit, and provide the Integrity Unit or such office with reasonable assistance in carrying out its functions, including promoting cooperation between the Integrity Unit or such office and the corresponding body or unit of the Accredited Entity.
Integrity Unit. The Accredited Entity shall use its integrity unit in accordance with its own policies and procedures. When the Fund’s Integrity Unit has been established, the Parties shall endeavour to agree on modalities of cooperation between the Accredited Entity’s integrity unit and the Fund’s Integrity Unit.

  • Integrity In addition to any applicable statutory restrictions, the Contractor shall not, in connection with this or any other agreement with the State, directly or indirectly (i) offer, confer, or agree to confer any pecuniary benefit on anyone as consideration for any State officer or employee’s decision, opinion, recommendation, vote, other exercise of discretion, or violation of a known legal duty; or (ii) offer, give, or agree to give to anyone any gratuity for the benefit of, or at the direction or request of, any State officer or employee. For purposes of clause (ii), “gratuity” means any payment in the form of cash, travel, entertainment, gifts, meals, lodging, loans, subscriptions, advances, deposits of money, services, employment, or contracts of any kind.

  • Integrity of the Bargaining Unit Unless otherwise provided by law, the Employer recognizes the integrity of the bargaining unit and will act consistently with the current policy to use State employees to perform all State functions in State operated facilities in preference to contracting out with the private sector. In the event the Employer proposes to use non-bargaining unit individuals to displace continuing bargaining unit positions, it will provide the Union with notice at the earliest opportunity, but normally notify the union at least sixty (60) days in advance (unless circumstances require a shorter notice) and be available to meet with the Union within one week after the notice is sent. Supervisors will not be assigned posts for the purpose of limiting overtime opportunities for bargaining unit employees except when fiscal or operational exigencies necessitate. Upon written request from the President of the Union identifying specific areas of concern, DBM will review the bargaining status of identified employees, correct errors and share the results of the review with the Union on a quarterly basis.
