Common use of Intellectual Property Assignment Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Assignment. Any and all documents necessary to properly record the assignment to the Buyer of all of the Sellers’ right, title and interest in and to the Product Intellectual Property, substantially in the form of Exhibit B (the “IP Assignments”);

Intellectual Property Assignment. Any and all documents necessary to properly record the assignment to the Buyer of all of the Sellers’ Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the Product Seller Intellectual Property, substantially in the form of Exhibit B (the “IP Assignments”);

Any and all documents necessary to properly record the assignment to the Buyer Purchaser of all of the Sellers’ Seller's right, title and interest in and to the Product Seller Intellectual Property, substantially including trademarks, patents and copyrights, in the a form of Exhibit B (the “IP Assignments”)mutually satisfactory to Seller and Purchaser;
