Common use of Intellectual Property Marking Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Marking. The Parties shall agree in writing to all Intellectual Property markings to be applied to the Hybrid Solution and Joint Development Intellectual Property, including Copyright and Patent notices. The Parties agree that all permitted distribution and marketing of the Hybrid Solution and Joint Development Intellectual Property (and copies thereof) shall include such mutually agreed upon markings.
