The Company shall use its best efforts to preserve its ownership rights to the Intellectual Property free and clear of any liens, claims or encumbrances and shall use its best efforts to assert, contest and prosecute any infringement of any issued foreign or domestic patent, trademark, service mark, ▇▇ade name or copyright that forms a part of the Intellectual Property or any misappropriation or disclosure of any trade secret, confidential information or know-how that forms a part of the Intellectual Property.
