Intellectual Property Restrictions. All materials or intellectual property provided to you in connection with the Services (“Materials”) are protected intellectual property of ProPay or its third party providers. You shall not (and shall not permit any agent or third party) to: (a) copy all or any portion of any Materials; (b) decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer (except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, notwithstanding a contractual obligation to the contrary) the Services or Materials, or any portion thereof, or determine or attempt to determine any source code, algorithms, methods, or techniques used or embodied in the Services or any Materials or any portion thereof; (c) modify, translate, or otherwise create any derivative works based upon the Services or any Materials; (d) distribute, disclose, market, rent, lease, assign, sublicense, pledge, or otherwise transfer the Services or any Materials, in whole or in part, to any third party; or (e) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols, or labels appearing on the Services or in any Materials.

Nothing within any of the material and content of the eDelivery service shall be construed as conferring any license under ▇▇▇▇▇ Vision’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication, waiver or otherwise. You agree not to adapt, translate, modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the eBill Service or any software or programs used in connection with the eBill Service.
Intellectual Property Restrictions. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Space Club owns all trademarks or logos in relation to the NFT(s) and has no right to use such trademarks or logos.

This Software contains copyrighted material, trade secrets and other proprietary material. Purchaser shall not, and shall not permit any other Person to, transfer, license or otherwise grant any right in or to any of the Purchased Intellectual Property to any Person set forth on the schedule of delinquent Store Licensees provided to Purchaser by the Company on the date hereof until such time that such Person has fully paid to Sellers such amount owed to Sellers as of the date hereof or has otherwise paid an amount that is reasonably acceptable to Sellers.
Intellectual Property Restrictions. Google Maps for Work Master Agreement Section 4.6(E) (No Caching or Storage) is amended by adding the following subsection: “4.6 (E) (3). Exception for End User Map Usage. Subject to the conditions described below, Customer can save latitude and longitude coordinates, during the term of this Amendment 2, only:
(i) when an Uber Consumer moves a pin on a Google Map within the Uber Consumer App and saves the pin location in their Uber Consumer account; or
(ii) when an Uber Consumer selects a previously saved pin location, provides user- provided content like name (or label) to the saved pin, or any optional metadata associated with the pin in their Uber Consumer account;
(iii) for as long as the Uber Consumer retains the saved locations within their Uber Consumer Account;
(iv) when an Uber consumer saves the user-provided content like name and any optional metadata associated with a pin location to their Uber Consumer account from within the Uber Consumer App.
(v) in the countries listed in Attachment A of this Amendment 2.
(vi) For the purposes of this Amendment, restaurants utilizing the Uber Eats Applications will be considered End Users.

Customer shall not (a) modify, copy or create derivative works based on the Replenit Services or the Replenit Replenit Algorithms; (b) reverse engineer the Replenit Services; (c) alter, remove or suppress in any manner any copyright, trademark or other notices displayed by the Replenit Services or the Replenit Replenit Algorithms; or (d) access or provide access to a User to the Replenit Services or the Replenit Replenit Algorithms (i) for competitive purposes, or (ii) in order to copy any features, functions or graphics of the Replenit Services or the Replenit Replenit Algorithms.
