Intellectual Property Schedule. Grantor shall deliver to the Secured Party as often as the Secured Party may reasonably request an update to Schedule 5.

Intellectual Property Schedule. Grantor shall deliver to the Secured Party as often as the Secured Party may reasonably request but in any event on each anniversary date of this Agreement, an update to Schedule 5, listing all of the Intellectual Property of as of such date.
