Common use of Intellectual Property Schedule Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Schedule. No later than 10 Business Days after the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall deliver to Parent Schedule 2.1(m)(i)(A) and (B) containing the lists of Intellectual Property as required pursuant to Section 2.1(m) of this Agreement and no later than 7 Business Days after the execution of this Agreement the Company shall deliver to Parent drafts of such schedules.
