Common use of Intellectual Property Security Agreement Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Security Agreement. Concurrently, Borrower is executing and delivering to Silicon a Collateral Assignment, Patent Mortgage and Security Agreement between Borrower and Silicon (the “Intellectual Property Agreement”). Borrower shall (i) cause the Intellectual Property Agreement to be recorded in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and (ii) provide evidence of such recordation to Silicon.
