Common use of Intellectual Property Security Agreements Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Security Agreements. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and conditions of the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, dated as of March 9, 2007, between Borrower and ORIX (the “IP Agreement”), and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the IP Agreement contains an accurate and complete listing of all Intellectual Property and shall remain in full force and effect.

Intellectual Property Security Agreements. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and conditions of the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, dated as of March 9, 2007, between Borrower and ORIX (the “IP Agreement”), and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the IP Agreement contains an accurate and complete listing of all Intellectual Property (other than the new Intellectual Property which is subject to the Intellectual Property Security Agreement being delivered in accordance with Section 4(c) of this Agreement), and shall remain in full force and effect.
