Common use of Intellectual Property Security Agreements Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Security Agreements. In case the Collateral includes any Patents, any Copyrights or any Trademarks for which a filing has not been made prior to the date hereof, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received, respectively, a Patent Security Agreement, a Copyright Security Agreement and a Trademark Security Agreement, as applicable, each dated as of the Amendment and Restatement Closing Date, duly executed and delivered by the Borrower or any Subsidiary that, pursuant to the Security Agreement, is required to provide such intellectual property security agreements to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
