Common use of Intellectual Property Security Agreements Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Security Agreements. Patent, trademark and copyright security agreements, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, covering the registered Intellectual Property listed on the applicable schedules to the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, duly executed by the Borrowers and each other Loan Party, shall have been received by the Administrative Agent.
