Common use of Intent of Services Clause in Contracts

Intent of Services. The intent of the services to be provided under this Contract shall be to respond to the problem of child abuse in a fully coordinated, comprehensive, and collaborative manner in order to prevent further trauma to child victims, and to increase protection through quality investigation, effective prosecution of perpetrators, and provision of services for the child victim and non‐offending family members. The proven method of effective response to child abuse has been established through the National Children’s Alliance (NCA) standards as reflected in the work of Accredited Children’s Advocacy Centers.
