Common use of INTENT & PURPOSE Clause in Contracts

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (“RIDEM”) and the Bristol County Water Authority (“Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondent by the RIDEM on 17 March 2014.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Beaver Brook Farm, LLC (the Bristol County Water Authority (“Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent by the RIDEM on 17 March 2014December 29, 2011.

Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent by the RIDEM on 17 March 4 August 2014.
