Common use of INTENT & PURPOSE Clause in Contracts

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (“RIDEM”) and the RHODE ISLAND RESOURCE RECOVERY CORPORATION (“Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondent by RIDEM on 24 February 2020.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and the RHODE ISLAND RESOURCE RECOVERY CORPORATION ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (“Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving to resolve the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondent by the RIDEM on 24 February 202012 October 2018.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and the RHODE ISLAND RESOURCE RECOVERY CORPORATION The Narragansett Bay Commission (“Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations set forth in a Notice two Notices of Violation (“NOVNOVs”) issued to Respondent by RIDEM on 24 February 202010 September 2019.

Laws”) for the purpose of resolving to resolve the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondent by the RIDEM on 24 February 202012 October 2018.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (“RIDEM”) and the RHODE ISLAND RESOURCE RECOVERY CORPORATION PCL FIXTURES, INC. (“Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondent by RIDEM on 24 February November 20, 2020.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇, Inc., (the RHODE ISLAND RESOURCE RECOVERY CORPORATION (“Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent by RIDEM on 24 February 2020June 19, 2009.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Energy Corp. (the RHODE ISLAND RESOURCE RECOVERY CORPORATION (“Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondent ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Energy Corp. by RIDEM on 24 February 2020January 28, 2010.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and the RHODE ISLAND RESOURCE RECOVERY CORPORATION AP Enterprise, LLC, (“Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondent by the RIDEM on 24 February 202030 April 2018.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and the RHODE ISLAND RESOURCE RECOVERY CORPORATION Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. (“Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondent by RIDEM on 24 February 2020April 1, 2010.
