Common use of INTENT & PURPOSE Clause in Contracts

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇. (the “Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent by RIDEM on June 5, 2006.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) ), SCOBCO Associates, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇. ▇ (the “RespondentRespondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent Respondents by RIDEM on June 5May 3, 20062011.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered into by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Management (“RIDEM”) Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEMOC&I”) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇. J. R. Vinagro Corporation and Rockwood Realty LLC (the “RespondentRespondents”). This Agreement is entered into in accordance with Section §§ 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956 (“R.I. Gen. LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving the litigation and administrative enforcement action set forth actions described in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”Paragraph B(4) issued to the Respondent by RIDEM on June 5, 2006below.

Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent Respondents by RIDEM on June 5October 2, 20062012.

LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth described in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”Paragraph B(3) issued to the Respondent by RIDEM on June 5, 2006below.

Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued resolving, with regard only to the Respondent by RIDEM on June 5RIDEM, 2006Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇ and ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ d/b/a Empire Auto Body (the “RespondentRespondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent Respondents by the RIDEM on June 5, 20066 December 2013.
