Common use of INTENT & PURPOSE Clause in Contracts

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and International Etching, Inc. (the “Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent by RIDEM on May 28, 2009.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and International EtchingTedor Pharma, Inc. (the “Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent by RIDEM on May 28February 26, 20092010.

LLC (the “Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent by RIDEM on May 28, 20098 November 2010.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and International EtchingNew England Holding, Inc. (the “Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I.G.L.R.I. Gen. Laws”) for to resolve the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent by the RIDEM on May 28, 200917 August 2018.
