Common use of Intent to be Bound Clause in Contracts

Intent to be Bound. Property Owner and County acknowledge that they have read this Agreement, and that they understand the terms and conditions herein and that the terms have been fully and completely explained to the parties prior to the execution thereof. Each party acknowledges that the other party has made no warranties, representations, covenants, or agreements, express or implied, except as expressly contained in this Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto.
