  • Intentionally Left Blank The Parties are each solely responsible for participation in and compliance with national network plans, including the National Network Security Plan and the Emergency Preparedness Plan.

  • Personal Harassment Harassment means engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome. Harassment can be either psychological or physical or it can be a combination of both. It is any behaviour, whether deliberate or negligent, which denies individuals their dignity and respect, is offensive, embarrassing or humiliating to the individual and adversely affects the working environment.

All capitalized terms not defined will have the meaning given to them in the Agreement.

  • Negligent Fire A “Negligent Fire” is a fire caused by negligence or fault of Purchaser’s Opera- tions, including, but not limited to, one caused by smoking by persons engaged in Purchaser’s Operations during the course of their employment, or during rest or lunch peri- ods; or if Purchaser’s failure to comply with the require- ments of BT7.2 and BT7.3 results in a fire starting or permits a fire to spread. Damages and the cost of sup- pressing Negligent Fires shall be borne by Purchaser.

  • Intentionally Blank Lessee shall reimburse Lessor upon demand for all premiums for casualty insurance with extended coverage purchased by Lessee to insure any structure on the Premises.
