Interaction with Public. The Consultant recognizes that its conduct during the performance of the Services hereunder reflects upon its reputation in the community as well as upon the public perception of the Town. Therefore, the Consultant offers and warrants to the Town that the Consultant, its agents and employees will conduct all of their interactions with the citizens and the public relating to the performance of the Services hereunder in such a manner as to provide customer service that reflects positively upon its reputation and the Town’s public image.
