Common use of Interaction with Public Clause in Contracts

Interaction with Public. Event Owner recognizes that its conduct during and in conjunction with the production of the Event reflects upon its reputation in the community as well as upon the public perception of the Town. Therefore, Event Owner offers and warrants to the Town that Event Owner, its agents, employees, and volunteers will conduct all of their interactions with the citizens and the public relating to the performance of the obligations hereunder in such a manner that reflects positively upon its reputation and the Town’s public image.
