Interaction with Statewide Classification Committee. In respect to any matter arising under clause 14 (Statewide Classification Committee), disputes will be resolved in accordance with the terms of 14 . Decisions of the SCC, subject to subclauses 14.4(h) to 14.4(k), will be binding on the Employers and the Employees.
