Interactive Services. 15.1.1 Many of the Services are interactive allowing you to chat with lactation consultants, latching professionals, participate in interactive webinars and use peer-to-peer support groups. 15.1.2 We do not moderate such interactive services, and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by another user of the service in contravention of our Content Standards.
