Interconnect Capacity Clause Samples

The Interconnect Capacity clause defines the amount of network or system capacity that must be maintained between two parties to facilitate the exchange of data or services. In practice, this clause specifies the minimum bandwidth, number of connections, or other technical parameters required to ensure reliable and efficient interconnection. By setting clear capacity requirements, the clause helps prevent service disruptions and ensures both parties can meet their operational needs without bottlenecks or performance issues.
